They get to decide which of the special interest group topics funded by agenda-based rich people they like (via voting or whatever).<br/><br/>Now, if your topic isn't funded by anyone, then we may have a problem in just how much of a say you'd have...<br/><br/>Or another problem is that you're constantly having to pick the lesser of two evils.
