Career and Education
Tom Caswell has over 15 years of experience developing learning experiences that increase high performance behaviors. He has contributed to several learning platforms and hundreds of courses at Learning Objects, Helix Education, Western Governors University, and the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges.
Tom holds an Ed.S. in Instructional Technology & Learning Sciences and a Masters in Educational Technology. He was invited to contribute to MIT’s Online Course Design Guide and was featured in EDUCAUSE’s Game Changers for his work on the Open Course Library of the Washington State Colleges. Tom also taught High School French and Computer Science in Utah and California.
Consulting
Tom has been a consultant for over a decade, primarily in instructional technology, competency-based education, OER, and learning experience design.
